Hourly and Flat Rates
In-Shop Minimum & Hourly Repair / Upgrade Rates
Used for non-warranty diagnosis and/or repair of computer. Does not include any product/parts needed to complete the repair. Does not include any flat rate service charges. An hourly rate will be charged for any type of i/o conflicts, driver conflicts, and general protection fault problem solving above and beyond any flat rate charges.
In-Shop Minimum Tech Charge: $35 (30 Minutes or Less)
In-Shop Hourly Tech Charge: $65hr.
In-Shop SAME DAY Priority Service Charge
Same Day Service is available to those customers who are unable to wait the normal turn-around time for repairs to their systems, peripherals, or servers.
In-Shop SAME DAY Hourly Tech Charge: $85hr.
On-Site SAME DAY Priority Service Charge
Same Day Service is available to those customers who are unable to wait the normal turn-around time for repairs to their systems, peripherals, or servers.
On-Site SAME DAY Hourly Tech Charge: $98hr.
