1-Year Systems and Box Builds Warranty

Richman Poorman Computers has a 1 year "In-Shop" Warranty on any Full Systems, Box Builds, and Server Based System we Build and/or Sale. The start of The Warranty period is the Original Invoice Date of Purchase.

This "In-Shop" Warranty does not include any of the following unless stated on Original Invoice: Software and/or Operating System Related Problems (Unless Hardware Causing Problem), Any R-Pc System Part or Component which is determed damaged by purchaser or his/her "Non R-Pc" Technician and/or Installer, Any Special Order Items, and/or Any Non R-Pc Product.

All original Product Packaging, Documents, and Licenses must be returned to Richman Poorman Computers in good resale condition. We will replace product with new product of same value. The Warranty period for any replacement product(s) is still the Original Invoice Date of Initial System Purchase.

Please Note: The term "In-Shop" means, The Customer must deliver the System, Box, and/or Server to our TechGroup Work Shop for any Warranty Service. Our 1 Year "In-Shop" Warranty guarantees the Customer's System will go to the front of our Regular Service Que. All Warranty work will be done ASAP to get the Customer's System Back Up & Running Quick!

Please Note: Many Products carry a longer Factory, Manufacturer, and/or Distributor Warranty. After Our 1 Year "In-Shop" Warranty is over you must contact the Factory, Manufacturer, and/or Distributor to get Warranty Repair/Replacement Service!

9 Months Parts Warranty

Richman Poorman Computers has a 9 Month "Limited" Product Warranty on product sold from our regular inventory. The start of The Warranty period is the Original Invoice Date of Purchase.

20 Day OEM CPU Warranty

Richman Poorman Computers honors a 20 Day "OEM CPU Warranty". All OEM CPUs can be distinguished by not being sold in a AMD or INTEL CPU Box. Our OEM Suppliers allow us Only a 30 Day Warranty for Defective CPUs - that is why we only honor a 20 Day Warranty to our Customers - It allows us time to ship the Defective CPU back to our Suppliers for Replacement Product.

Please Note: The above 20 Day Warranty does not pertain to OEM CPUs sold as part of a Motherboard Bundles, Barebones Specials, System, Builds, Box Builds, or Server Based System! All the above noted R-Pc Products carry either a 9 Month "Limited" or 1 Year Warranty.

Please Note: If purchasing a Stand Alone CPU you would be wise to purchase a Boxed AMD or INTEL CPU. These CPUs usually carry a longer Warranty than our 20 Day OEM CPU Warranty and most times carry an even longer Warranty than our 9 Month "Limited" Product Warranty. But in Most Cases these Boxed CPUs carry a Higher Price than an OEM CPU.
